COMMERCIAL INTERIORS
RKA provides design consulting services for commercial and retail clients who are looking to perform renovations or create custom interior tenant spaces.Having worked with clients like Rolex,Hugo Boss, American Express, and others,RKA has developed a unique phased approach to project planning that puts our client’s needs first and fosters a collaborative environment for the whole project team. We start by developing a deep understanding of the goals for the project; we then use our deep knowledge of design team coordination to ensure that the final product meets those goals. We specialize in working within tight timeframes and work equally effectively in design-bid-build and design-build delivery methods tailored to meet even the most challenging schedules.

RKA works on both residential renovation projects and new construction. Whether you’re looking to build a custom home, an airplane hangar, a reflecting pool, or a marina, RKA is prepared to apply our broad experience to meet the goals of your project. We partner with land use attorneys, environmental consultants, engineers, acoustics consultants and many other specialists in order to deploy a nimble, collaborative strategy to tackle the unique issues that arise with Special Projects.
ADVISORY AND DUE DILIGENCE
We provide comprehensive evaluation and due diligence for the design and construction of complex projects, during pre-development stage and once construction is underway. Many of our clients are first-time builders who rely on our deep experience in all aspects of the design, permitting, and construction process, as well as our understanding of the Building Code and the local review and approval environment. During the pre-design phase we look for risk and potentialchallenges and recommend strategies to mitigate these risks in order to prepare for the successful completion of a project.We also build design teams based on project needs, and offer project management services for design, procurement, bidding, bid negotiation, and construction
3D VISUALIZATION
3D renderings and 3D modeling allow us to communicate design ideas with our clients in the simplest and most effective way. We use 3D modeling software as part of our design process, and we can also develop photo-real renderings and 3D fly-throughs to let our clients see their projects while they’re still "on paper" before any construction dollars get spent. This gives our clients confidence in their decision-making.
