The following information is provided to clearly explain SHIPPING & HANDLING charges.

Shipping & Handling Charges - Single Frames: A charge of $6.50 will be added to single Picture Frame orders to cover the cost of packaging and postage.

Shipping & Handling Charges - Multiple Frames: For 2 or more frames, ordered during the same purchase, a charge of $6.50 will be added for the first Picture Frame, and then an additional charge of $3.50 will be added for each additional frame to cover the cost of packaging and postage.

Shipping Information: All frames in stock are shipped United States Postal Service PRIORITY MAIL within the Continental United States. Most picture frames are in stock and will take 3-4 days for delivery. If you place an order and we determine that the item is not in stock, we will inform you via email that shipping will be slightly delayed. At that time we will give you the option of canceling your order, or ordering a different frame from our stock items.

Return Policy: Our return policy is simple. If you are not satisfied with your picture frame, for any reason, simply return it. Returns will be accepted according to the terms below:

The plastic parts for this picture frame ship with protective paper and/or plastic backing on both sides. Once this protective backing has been removed, I cannot accept the return. Do not remove the protective paper and/or plastic backing if you intend to return this item. As long as this backing is still in place items may be returned as long as the following criteria are met: 1) Buyer must contact me within 7 days of the buyer receiving the item. 2) Buyer must return item within 15 days of receipt. 3) Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 4) All returned items must be returned in their original packaging - NO EXCEPTIONS. 5) No credit will be given until the item has been returned and inspected. Credit will be given at my discretion. Credit will be given for the item cost only, not for any shipping costs.

As long as the terms above are satisfied, you are eligible for a full refund for your purchase [minus shipping]. If you decide to return your purchase, we only ask that you fully describe the reason(s) for your return, so that we can better serve our customers in the future.

Custom Orders: We are constantly developing new "Ornaments" for our picture frames and making existing designs in new and exciting colors. If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, email us and tell us! If you need a custom design for your business, wedding, party, or whatever, call or email and we can develop a new and unique product just for you. Would you like to see some of our new designs that are in production? You will be able to pre-order products from our "Coming Soon" page, that will usually ship in 4-6 weeks.
